I get these whenever I try to run DC0951 after the press having faulted out from an XPE 09 3503. I've cleaned the sensors have a billion times. I am beyond frustrated. This is on top of the intermittent yellow issues I've been dealing with. When one issue goes away, another one springs up. I don't have any 09 3501s or 3502s. Someone mentioned that the cause could be a corrupted NVM, but if this press has backup NVMs I have no idea where they are located. Just faulted out again. I can't keep it going for more than 10 minutes.

The foam on ETAC shield is pretty well degraded. Any chance that's part of the issue. There's no debris on the sensors themselves. Just a gap in the foam.

Did you clean Patch Generator (XPE-09-3503)? Also,You may have a bad center ETAC. (XPE-09-3167).

Patch generator has been cleaned many times. These ETAC sensors are driving me nuts. I don't know if yellow causes the ETAC issues, or if the ETAC causes the yellow issues. ETAC still seems to fault even when yellow issues aren't there.

any chance you have a cleaning problem?

filthy and/or clogged behind brushes? not sure the exact error your'e having, but I went on a wild goose chase a while back, and that turned out to be the culprit.
