Reboot, Xerographic setup passes but occasioanlly will fail on the RElineraization. When it does pass successfuly it will fault when doing the regular LInerization that it requests after a Xero-Setup. Mob Sensor calibration fails. System and engine check fail since it will not spit out a sheet due to the Cycle up failure.

I am dead in the water and no other ideas. Cleaned sensors repeatedly.

What condition and how old is the PRB. Any damage or a dull finish will cause problems. Also give the two rubber PRB drive rolls a through clean.

Fresh belt to eliminate that possibility. Rolls have been cleaned several times since yesterday.

Swifty, can not run test pages. Nothing runs, not test patterns, not proofs, not TRC. Hasn't spit out a sheet since yesterday

Back to XPE-09-1100 "Cycle Up convergence".

We do not have, nor can get Xerox Service.

We are DOA, the work is piling up.

XPE09-1100 is a generic code. Over 100 faults can cause this to pop up. You need to dig deeper into the fault logs to find out the real problem. You need to look at the admin fault log first for a clue and then start to analyze the CFA logs, DC951 logs etc. Having an iGen with no support is frankly idiotic!

Problem fixed. Was an issue with IOI nvm values. They were so off that IOI auto setup would not complete. Reinitialized and ran setup and all good.
