Xpe-06-4464 help!! Igen 4

someone help me.. lol i keep restarting the printer and it keeps throwing this code out.(XPE-06-4464) I've replaced all wires in units, new pr belt, cleaning blade, cleaned etac mob sensors. Prior to all this i was having issues with magenta dropping from the artwork tried dc0951 but it kept failing so i installed new belt and the whole works.

anything else i should try.

This is the Black RIM failed to initialize. Go to back of iGen 4 and look at the communication boards that have the LED display and see if all the boards have "OP" displayed. Try swapping the black RIM pwb with the cyan RIM pwb and restart to see if the fault moves to the cyan.
What level is the PSIP controller?

It was the black RIM i ended up calling the tech in i was down for a few days but now shes up and running again.
