    any ideas?

"x2c communication fault" but nothing else. happened twice today.

makes me restart....then will run briefly. Right now, it is running fine... it may be a fluke, thought it was worth throwing out there for future reference or searchers either way.

error happened after complete cleaning...grids, wires...etc. got a transfer-detack right before it...

    thanks folks!

Try running a high voltage stress test on the next shift and see if there are any arcing problems. An arc could cause a communication issue.

looks like I made it through that error...and the transfer errors were a bum paper setting. :) It is seriously dry. Ive got my Xerox guy here, plus the trainee...looking at my other printers.. he whipped out the thermomemeter and hygrometer...12%... getting zapped everywhere...COME ON SPRING!

    but...so now...

xpe-03-3400. "machine module failed to cycle up" 3 times, and now its going again. weird.

never heard of that one... its a xerox kinda day here....

At that low humidity you probably have more arcing going on in that machine than at an Arc Welding convention. Seriously the iGen will be having shutdowns, PQ issues, comms issues all of the time until that humidity rises. I am honestly surprised you are getting anything out of it at all.

Bring in the kettles, boilers anything to raise it
