XOS-11-5002 Unload Stacker Cart

    The iGen is stuck on this after I unloaded a stack.

    I have shut down, replaced the cart and all that I can think of.

    Any suggestions?

    OK, I didn't get to see it but there are some switches down low & in the back that needed to be triggered. I guess one was stuck.

    We are getting XOS 11 5504 on one cart but not the other. That says unload cart. Any ideas?

    try moving the kart around a little while it is in the lowered position,
    maybe the sensor on the kart is dirty or has moved

    Thanks! We tried, still nothing...Tech came by for another machine, after a lot of looking around he re calibrated for that tray and now its ok.

    i "recalibrated" the tray sensors once. by bending the actuators LOL.
