whatta day!

    curly paper(uneven stack caused a feed error. tried to feed 30 sheets at once.

    drawer wouldnt go down. Took top and front of feeder off to pull out jam in feedhead. 1 hour ordeal. It was a 4 sheet job, need all drawers...

    got it going...ran job.

    put top back on...A1 has no power...I hit something :( service call....


    the warzone! LOL

    oh in the pic, it has power!!!! I see the light! LOL

    yes all that paper was ONE jam! UGH!!!!!

    my guess is the interlock switch got un-plugged

    bingo! you win a medal!

    JUST 15 minutes ago, i poked around up in there...and saw that wire pop off completely as I tugged on the lid.

    5 minutes later, tech walks in LOL... "umm yeah I just found it" :)

    yeah mine looked like that last week...

    clip holding the donor roller on magically disappeared, the prints were HORRID.... roller fell out lol

    that was a pain to get back in...had to dig forever to find a clip that fit...
