Hello, We are having some issues I hoping someone else has run across. I am running an IGen4 Diamond edition. We are using Fuser oil 1 to fix an issue with lamination not sticking properly to the printed sheets. so we have been fighting a problem now that when running 10 or 14 print coated stock and UV coat that the edges of the toner chip while die cutting. We have already tried several different UV coatings no help, we have sharpened the tools on the Die Cutter no help, have tried even going to the xerox preferred Fuser oil 2 but still the same. I have a feeling it has to do with fuser but not sure what I can change. can anyone tell me if I can turn up the heat on a fuser? or any other suggestions would be great Thanks!

You might need to back down on the settings for toner coverage. Seems like you might be too heavy on amount of toner that's layed down on the paper.

I will try that. Problem is that we work for bridezilla and everything has to be perfect. Swifty gave me some good settings to try to adjust my transfer. I hope that will fix the problem. after all these things we have tried something has to work. Thanks
