I'm running the Xerox Igen 4 and can't seem to figure out the issue I'm having with my IB corner of the LE of my paper folding in the stacker. This is causing my paper not to stack correctly in the stacker, so I'm wondering what should I do to fix the problem? I have taken the static bar out and blew can air inside the holes, clean the bar with Xerox liquid static cleaner, replaced both VGT transport, also restart/shutdown PSIP and DFE, clean sensors in both transports. The only way I see that it stacks right is when I take the suction off the IB VGT transport 1.

here are my stories: first try: in the drawer, as you load, bend corners opposite to the way you see them in the tray. fuser or, natural paper curl is allowing corner to roll under at a roller, or a skive or rivet.... mine likes to do this exact thing only in front of stacker.

2nd possible option(and based on pic, most likely). is that paper around 12" wide and is it cover stock? do this: cheat your left output door. run it, and watch paper come out of fuser. i used to have trouble with this. the "skives" or bent down areas after the fuser, are bent too far down, and a curly paper, in the exact spot12.5" for me, will roll under and "bounce" off of it. curling the back edge JUST Like you see. I "fixed" this by first, taping a piece of cardboard into that baffle, which was temporary. Later, used vice grips and bent that bugger up a bit. I will see If I can find you the pic.....

3rd the baffle directly below the static bar. it is held up by 2 springs. see if you are missing one. if so, the baffle will sag, and cause problems because paper is too far from vac trasnport. Today, I actually bolstered this area, because it was too far sagged. fixed it.

If you cant tell, Ive been struggling as well. :)

found the pic. but edit previous. I am STILL running with my taped up "skives" been like that for almost 6 yrs. Ive redone them a few times. It had been so long, I Forgot I added they were still there..

some of my best jerryriggin' work. horribly Curly paper is my life here..

the paper, if curly, and the edge right even with those, will roll down, and "POP" over into a bent corner. just like your pic. ESPECIALLY if its thicker cover.

again, cheat the first output door, and watch it come out the post fuser vacuum trans and hit that plate....

There is a spring, outboard, on the stacker, you should see it if you open the door and look toward the jam baffle. that spring will sometimes loosen and doesn't put enough friction against the paper. try tightening it a little
