Stacker pallet won't raise all the way to the stack height sensor, stops about 3 inches shy. Followed the calibration and still won't calibrate. Checked all switches, swapped DSC 4 pwb, reinit nvm nodes on stacker and even leveled the chain drive perfectly and still won't calibrate.

My tech told me that it could be the stacker pallet may be warped or sagging in the center. However 3 inches seems awfully far away for it to be just a sagging stacker. My pallet will come down and is just about 1/4" - 1/2" off and is tough to get out, then it will not reach correct height when sent back up and needs to be sent back down to adjust. BTW where did you find the calibration procedure for the stacker???

3" is something else..... calibrating wont help i dont think, does it move REALLY slow?

My igen had a problem with the switch on the back. the actuator (arm) was bent a little. My guess is it was falsely showing that it was up.

that little sensor is the EXACT same one Kodak uses for their paper drawers in the digimasters. I have a bunch of them. :)

Mines an igen4. Lower stacker pallet all the way down until green light on stacker. Go into diagnostics on psip, enter stacker, nvm, search for stacker calibration, switch to true, log out of diags. Open then close stacker pallet door.
