software update, now wont run LOL

    OK, so I got the updated license today, in an effort to see why my igen wont push any logs out...

    and now, it wont work. classic!

    both sides communicating fine, freeflow processes fine, but then says "waiting for printer" and does nothing.

    there are no active statuses on the psip.

    rebooted both. resent jobs. tried other known good jobs. tech is on his way back, but wondering if its was something simple?

    baaahaahahahahahahaha sorry..just wnet through this..A software tech came in and reloaded and fixed the patch that fixed a patch to fix a patch LOL

    HAHA!!! thanks man!

    so, I called my tech 30 minutes posting this, he walks in....

    i had rebooted BOTH sides twice.

    guess what...#3 reboot. It fired up.

    sonofa........ :)
