Has anyone had good results with the sleeking process when imaging on either an iGen 4 or a Xerox 1000 -

    what is "sleeking"?

    are you gloss coating?

dont see why you'd have any trouble. paper quality depending. and how the gloss is put on

    I phased the question poorly.
After imaging on the Xerox you put the sheet through a laminator and apply foil or gloss from a roll and then you put it back through the Xerox and imaged again. The film is made by GPM
Wondering if anyone has had success with the process on toner based systems?

thinking about gloss scares me. I wouldnt.

BUT. I DO run a PS label through my igen weekly that has foil on it, seems to do ok. (small border is foil) I did one a LONG time ago...HUGE job. left some foil on the belt, eventually ruining it.
