Skewed on Igen 150

Hi guys,
We are having problem with Skewed last few weeks.
Tech replaced few parts still not fixed.
They order new glass Platten. We are waiting for few days.
Anybody have same problem before?

Pkay, i was just wondering this... I deal with skew ALL THE TIME, on other printers. Yesterday was dealing with it on Xerox highlight color. big pain.
Kodak printer has settings to handle this that make it a breeze.. And then igen a few days ago, on a preprinted sheet, I had trouble aligning.

I just clean drive rollers when I see it....but not sure it does much.

so guess Im no help, just curious as well
