Hope you all had a great holiday.... Came in for a bit to stay on top of a huge job Ive been handed.... Igen had an 03 press fault, restart.... so I restart, and get configuration error... stacker and paper supplies not registering.

    well.

all the switches were off!? But no blown fuses, nothing.

did someone sneak in here and mess with me, or is that actually possible on its own?

    either way, weird.

"A circuit breaker “trips” or shuts off the electrical flow to protect the circuit from overheating and causing damage--even possibly an electrical fire. So, before you go and flip the switch on again, take a moment to determine what the root cause is of the tripping. The three typical causes are: Overloaded Circuit."

no breakers were flipped. and there were no unexpected errors. just the switches on the front of stacker and the paper supplies.

Sounds like an eco-conscious manager got where he didn't belong.
