Stacker faults over and over and over. I can get maybe 20 sheets of 8.5x11 to print without the stacker throwing it all over the place and faulting it out.

It will take me 20min to run 100 sheets. My boss is a freak and thinks the black and white machine made to run this crap does not register it good enough. (He is the most annoying human being on planet earth)

Any Ideas? Everything else prints and stacks fine. Just not this crap.

send it to the top tray or double it up on 11x17.

He does not order 11x17 and when it comes out of the top it is super curly. I sent it to the bypass and made a little jig for it to land in. It is going to have to do for now.

Was not sure if anybody else has to run two part and ran into problems.

GOOD LUCK!! if you find a way to get letter size NCR into the stacker let us know!!!
Ask your boss if he likes paying for extra clicks running jobs on 8.5 x11!! We never run anything 1 up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also you can try reducing the fuser roll pressure a little to help fight the curl

I feed ncr short edge and it feeds well. Not an ideal "smart" way but a way that does not jam and usually the runs are short as you mentioned so no major time is lost.

Ran 2part SEF to the stacker with no problem today. For some reason I thought I could not run SEF on my new machine. It worked awesome. Thank you for the suggestion!
