Problems with iGen3... XPE-06-4194 and XPI-03-3000

    Fault codes: XPE-06-4194 and XPI-03-3000...

    Whell... I'm expecting all connections. Taste new wires. But nothing changes...

    Need your help.

    XPI-03-3000 Solved... XPE-06-4194 -In diagnostic mode - description of error - ROS 4 (K) Laser Diode Fault. Any ideas?

    Check the comms cable and power to the K ROS from the card cage. Lack of 36V at the ROS can cause this fault. If all looks OK then you need to swap the K ROS with another station. If the fault moves with the ROS you will need a new one - Engineer job

    Check it. But nothin's changed. ROS is good. I'm swaping the ROS from another station, but error steel... 36V - good. Any variants? May be problem in another place?

    I have another iGen3. Maybe it makes sense to change laser block?

    Ok! I'm solved the problem. It was - laser assy black station, as i'm was thinking. But... Now:
    XPE-09-4301, XPE-09-4302, XPE-09-4303 Print engine fault error and preventing dC0951 process to complete,

    Following error:

    ESV Offset has faulted

    What i should to do? It is mind-blowing ... )))))

    Run the ESV setup and adjust the voltage to 15 vdc. It's in the PWS

    Change or clean PR cleaner and try again dc951

    I'm not sure that i'm know iGen3 so perfectly. May you tell me much more about PR cleaner - it is the roller who rolling PR belt? I'm rightly understand you? Sorry for my english - i'm Russian... ))))

    Also you may do a clean to preclean lamp and dicorotron
    I hope you have the service manual.

    It's not over. And nothing of the recomended not solved the problem... Sorry for Milo. My internet cable has been breaked, by some mens, in the most needed moment... I'll be waiting some recomendations about solving the problems. Anyway been added a new code - XPE-09-4374. One more or one less, what a difference? ... ))))) Four days in duel... ))))

    Igen3? You need to run DC140 to set the ESV's up

    Highlight the 4 ESV's on the left column so they are active
    Click on the blue button bottom left (PR composite)
    Let it run for a couple of minutes
    Undock the PRB module close the doors and run the program again for a couple of minutes
    Dock the PRB module and then read the values in the right hand column
    To adjust them to 15V you need to turn the little screw inside the amplifiers which are on the side of each toner hopper (behind the door above area 1)
