Running 70# 13.25 x 20.5 gloss, page corners are coming out folded about every 5th page. It's jamming my stacker. Wasn't doing this yesterday. No idea what changed.

cheat your door sensors, start it, and watch it run.

Ive had this before, and based on my experience, here's where I would look:

*Open print engine door, watch paper going from transfer to fuse. (theres a little plastic guide that can flip up and curl)

Open output door, watch fuser exit. I had this. corner likes to fall into the angled area of the fuser exit., and flip the corner. It happens on paper between 12.5 and 13.75. Theres the little bent "louvers" that guide the paper out of the fuser. they are about 1.25" wide. And paper at those sizes falls RIGHT in there. Its more of a problem with thick paper though. to t his day, I STILL have a piece of card stock taped in there to prevent this.

*Open feed door, watch drawer feed, flimsy paper can flip corners coming out.

*Long shot.... cooler area 9. is it fully bolted in? Mine comes loose, then slides forward, and folding wrinkling the rear lead edge.

basically, just eliminate places where the fold can happen. OH! also, make sure your paper doesn't already suck. I fought that once too. wrinkled and folded corners.

    good luck

Yea, turned out to be something dumb. This weight and sheet size takes up more consumables than any other paper I've run on. More fuser rolls, more toner, requires the most frequent pinscorotron cleaning, and causes the most problems.

    I can barely run it.

if its 17"+ it will wrinkle in t he vacuum pre fuser transport, and not transfer in that area at all.

I luv it when the tech is in doing a xerographic set up on 80lb gloss text..and ask why the stock keeps jamming and then blames the brand...
then I hand him the xerox lable and tell him..make it run LOL

I think it's my exit decurler. The press has been jamming in that area a lot for the last two days. I cleaned it off once already. Think the motor is going?

if the decurler rollers feel sticky the sheets will stick to the rollers.after cleaning rollers I use a little spray powder to reduce tack.May want to consult your tech about that :).
