More software fun ,code xpe 105008

the code is lie..but the error message to replace fuser web is not..ok done did
replaced fuser web and the message only goes away with a full re-start but comes back
,this started on tuesday...and today the new web is all used up..only 50k clicks on it..
called for service and they said it is software.....some one will be in NEXT WEEK

 

What version are you running?

 

I've not known software to do this on any version from V1.0. When the web was replaced did you reset the nvm in DC131 (piece of paper in the box has instructions). The switch could also be faulty or mis-adjusted

I've had this error a few times. It's probably caused by a sensor going out. Are you able to run when it comes up?

 

No the machine would stop!! Igen needs A full re-start to get going...we have been updated with another patch and so far no trouble!!

 

What was the patch number on the PSIP that took care of the problem?
