Has anyone run this on their iGen? It is formulated with a coating designed for digital printing.

I tried some out for a job. The image was INCREDIBLE! The toner adhesion was better than I've seen on any other stock I run (save Xerox papers)

However after our recent run with the i-Tone coated stock, right around 500 sheets, a problem arose. The image started to look smeared across the sheet.

Nothing I did resolved it. In short, after having the press down for about 3 days, the technicians discovered that the fuser fluid failed to absorb properly on the simplex pass, and therefore contaminating the PR Belt on the duplex pass.

We are sending the remaining stock to Xerox for testing. They hadn't heard of it when we spoke with their paper experts, yet the paper rep said it was formulated especially for the iGen, HP Indigo & NextPress.

I'm curious if anyone else has had any experience with this new line from Mohawk. Please Post!!!

    Thanks.
