We have a customer that orders thousands of Coated one side birthday cards. Neither a regular peel or lick stamp will stay on nor does any avery label we have tried.

Are there any labels out there specifically designed for fuser oil?

    We use Fuser II.

The customer is willing to keep the work as long as we can help them find something that will stick.

Have you tried running it in Enhanced Image Permanence? Had a similar issue and it helped. Just be aware printing will slow down in that mode.

It sticks better on the glossy side but they want the none coated side to stick
