inline spectrophotometer fault

    seens this on a couple of iGens, make sure the center lower door is fully closed, maybe try to cheat it..

    Hi I would try blowing air across the tile and spectrometer eye to make sure there is no dirt on it, then restart.
    I sometimes have this on Monday start up.
