okay so i have this issue when i am running cover stock, will sometimes go away after a couple hundred impressions. The image that is shown is 100# coated cover 12x18 the void spot is on the trail edge. humidity levels are within range, new paper opened. doesn't matter if it is coated or uncoated, does not have issues with text weight. download.jpeg

This is trail edge flip which can be a PITA to cure with paper being one of the major factors of the problem. First of all make sure that the paper that you are using is good and if possible get some ColorTech in as the tech will need/prefer to set it up on this. Things to get looked at are

1 - STAB. Good condition and not worn
2 - STAB height (inboard and outboard) and home position are good
3 - Transfer inlet baffle is at the correct height
4 - Registration reflector gap is good and that the transport is latched fully and seated fully
5 - Prefuser belt speed is correct and setup (NVM18108)
6 - Replacing the Transfer *** has helped for me on numerous occasions - even fitting a 150 deck into an iGen4

This is also one of my problems. The techs have "checked everything" and say there is nothing more to do but the problem is still there.
    Questions:
    1. Does it really come from the TAB? When I make a "hardstop" and look at the sheets after the TAB they look good, even after being fixed the streaks are there...?
    2. How to adjust the height of the TAB inboard outboard?
    3. What is the Transfer inlet baffle?

    Thanks for the moment.

The stock is a 250gsm silk coated "digital paper". What do you want to know exactly about the media settings?

ESPECIALLY this time of year. paper loses moisture and stores charge. I had to do it to our house stock. again.

I am still having the same issues, It seems to be more so when I run heavier stock paper coated or uncoated. What should I change the charge settings to ?
