I am trying to run card stock (probably 100# or 10 pt C2S) with 2 scores in it for folding later and I keep getting registration faults. Is there some secret to keeping this thing from faulting that I am missing? I am running in Black Only mode and it is a two side job.

Does the card run without the scores in it? The scores maybe causing the paper to error as it runs through area 2. It's always preferable to score after printing

Try removing the cable from the board below unit 2 and 3 and re plug them again, shut down the machine and do this

is there any curl on this paper?

also, check for other errors that come with it.

by any chance is this a "Stacker registration fault"? if so....send to top tray, it will run.

usually when scoring heavy weight stock it is done with the grain of the paper. If the stock has the score in board to out board your paper strength may be weakened causing skew and reg. faults... usually a problem on lighter weight stock but just a thought...
