igen3 fuser drawer not closed?

    I had a misfeed and registration fault, and after clearing that up, for some reason the igen decided that it thinks that the fuser drawer is open. any ideas as to why?

    What's the fault code? Did you have to open Fuser Drawer to clear a jam? Could you have tripped Fuser Safety Interlock Toggle Switch?

    did not have to get into the fuser for the jam, barely got one page out of the feeder, mustve put it in badly. error code for the fuser is XPI-10-5013

    checked the switch, turns out someone must've tripped it. Boy i love it when people "help" around the shop. Thanks!
