iGen3 Fault Code Procedures for Technicians...

    I see that our Xerox iGen techs have a program or web-access to their own detailed list of service procedures. Is this made available to non-technicians?

    Our presses some times sit for hours waiting for a call back or waiting on a service tech. Many times, they'll look up a procedure and find it being something as simple as checking a physical connection...

    Wondering if the same resource can be accessed to operators.

    Milo might know. I doubt it though.

    Post your code and the solution here and it will be available to all of us. The code might already be in this forum.

    I highly doubt it.

    I just call my one of my technicians and harass them(nicely of course). :) Theyll usually do quite a bit for me to get out of driving down.

    otherwise, as Stiv mentioned, this site has become a very good reference point for me. These folks have saved me on a few occasions.

    I do know. I train shops to maintain their own Igens.
