iGen Not Purging After Jam,

My iGen Doesn't Purge After A Jam When it Should I'm Thinking Maybe Something Got Changed In The Diagnostics.

Anyone Know?

 

I think it matters where/when the jam occurs.

purges are done to clear/clean anything from the print area. if its jamming from the feeder, you might not get a purge?

Mine does it sometimes, sometimes, other times not. no idea why.

 

This jam occurs in the fuser area so it should purge to clean but it isn't and its ruining the fuser rolls.
