What is the reaction from the Higher Ups like when you are down for that long? Are they understanding or is it "The sky is falling" mentality?

I have been there more times than I care to admit.

It WAS useful once, though... ON a 15,000 sheet job:

art approved, then data had problem, so had to wait...side one variable personalized. side two, static art only. I saved myself working the weekend by running backs first.

got lots of weird looks when I got the job done two days early LOL

Ive found that its not much slower-unless a thick card stock you have to stop and unload alot....

Back up and running with the right part installed at 9am today !!!!On friday we had to run variable data job one side at a time...pain in the *** finding the name in the file when the Igen jams.
We are a small shop..4 full timers. The boss/owner,boss wife, me (bosses brother) and one other slave. We take it in stride and use it as ammo when it is time to re-negotiate the lease......
