iGen 4 Fiery QX100-II

Need some help on a Fiery Mod II (v1.0, KXK) for iGen 4. I had a corruption on the OS disk.
I tried to reload the software from the system disks but after the first reboot after the 1st disk (System software) is ejected and tells me to click yes for the reboot, the fiery comes up with a black screen with it half filled with pairs of 99 and just hangs there.
The OS disk is a Hitachi 160gb hard drive but registers as an 73 gb during the initial boot. The 2 raid disks are 250 gb.n The hard drives are the original drives that came in the server.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

 

Original system hdd is 80GB.
Check the harddisk for bad sectors or try another hdd with 80 gb capacity
