Hello everyone im going crazy need a drink ughhhhh this code 06-3060 just keep popping up as well as 06-3230,09-4023,09-4061 went threw the procedures seem all cleared accept 06-3060 lost cleaned mob sensor until i can't clean anymore any advise out would appreciate it thanks.

 

Are you servicing the igen 4 yourself?

Sounds like the Magenta ROS or charge assy is having a problem. Could be the cleaner assy also. That is probably causing the 06-3060, 06-3230, 09-4023 and 09-4061 codes to show up. What was going on before this error code came up?

 

Good Morning, Milo we had power outage over the weekend and follow the procedure on that to get her up and running went to do CMT and it wouldn't allow the paper to feed and then this message code came up and hasn't went away clean and went threw all the steps but it's not working. having issue beyond my control that's why a tech hasn't been here..
