This lumi silk can run for a week alright then suddenly we will have VGT jams into stacker, we also have the T/DT Dicorotrons insulation in the frame scratching off I'm guessing that's what's causing the transfer detack faults and also it likes to wrap itself round the fuser roll alot and we cant get about 24 hours without a single jam sometimes anyone has a start to finish guide with all the diagnostic I.d's and what to recommend for the whole set up :) many thanks Gavin

I looked up this stock in the Xerox recommended media list. I couldn't find this exact stock in the list, but the two Lumi stocks that were tested were deemed "Not recommended" due to Fuser Roll Contamination and Poor Adhesion. As an alternative, Xerox recommends their 100lb Gloss cover (or similar).

Ordering the alternative might not be an option for you, but you could try importing that alternative to your media list, and try running your Lumi stock with the same settings. I do not believe it will fix these issues as they come from the stock, but if the settings are better suited, you might get a longer run before a jam.

The stocks I found were on pages 29 and 30 of this document:
