IGEN 3 & 4 : Fuser Oil issues....

    I have found letting the job sit 24 hrs for the oil to dry helps

    what fuser oil are you using? we had to go back to fuser oil 1 cause fuser oil 2 would not let us perfectbind books.

    We went with a Canon for this exact issue. Used an IGEN 3 for years, but we laminate everything that leaves the shop. Letting them sit does help. Experiment with different stocks if you have the option. Also Cold laminate seems to stick to anything, Our heat activated diamond laminate was nightmare.
