    Hello All

New to C.P.Fourum.com so heres my first post. Has anyone else been having problems running the Xerox 350gsm Nevertear on the Igen i'm running a huge job at the minute, which one minute will not feed and the next will not go thru the fuser section when i do get it to run it will not deliver very well. I know this stuff is the king of holding static but this job is turning into the Titanic of print jobs
Any conversations with the engineers is hellish as they all seem to know its a nightmare to run, got a Xerox engineer in later today so fingers crossed he might have a cure.

    Hello All

We have still not sorted the Nevertear problem, its still on going with Xerox, the engineer tweaked the fuser temperatures and checked the lower tray settings but this resolved nothing. In the end i ran from the top feeder (Big no no with Zerox) and ran 350 silk settings in ran for between 600 and 700 sheets before jamming in different places thru the press.
I've just seen an order for another 5000+ sheets on the same stock, i'm booking the next few weeks off !!!!!

i saw you post. we print also on a igen3 in germany.

We use a absolutley compareable product to Never Tear, but it is much more better and cheaper than never tear.
The name of the product is POLYESTER MONOTEX from a german manufacturer. They also deliver world wide.

    the hp is www.feron.de

as i remember, the name of the sales man is Joerg Hindermann. contact him

Is your Igen in a controlled enviroment? also where is the stock stored,if its someplace cold it may be curling when put into the Igens HEATED feeder!!!!! . try leaving stock in the feeder overnite with the IGEN still powered on.
