We have an iGen 150 that we produce a monthly mailer on. The mailer is printed on 70# Offset. The mailhouse is having trouble with clear tabs or wafer seals sticking to the newsletter. We are using fuser oil 2.

    Please help...

    Thanks.

Switch the machine fuser fluid I.
Will still be a bit slick, but will definitely help with tabs and glue.

Thanks for the suggestion. The iGen 150 does not run well with fuser oil 1. We switched to 2 because we were using many heat rolls and our perfect binding glue would not stick. Xerox recommends fuser oil 2 for the 150. What a conundrum.

A while ago some fellow was touting a product called Fuzer Tabs that would stick with our fuser oil. Go to top of this page and search wafer tabs and find this guy and company.
