    Hi To all EXP users
I have had this mode fitted for 2 years and have had mixed levels of Success
Have any of you managed to tame this beast?
I have had problems with transport/fuser timings between SRA3 Sheet size (450x320mm) and EXP (660x364).
Would you care to share experiences?

We had a few issues with backing up when we first had it but found a good sweet spot when switching between SRA3 and an XL sheet. Never had any timing issues and we run a variety of stocks and weights. Runs like a dream (most of the time) just wish we had the XL stacker installed!

We had EXP as a retro fit to our I-gen4 along with the multigraph stacker with which I can only say I am underwhelmed.
We use a variety of paper weights (all Xerox stock on exp). I have a constant problem with the sheet having a slight buckle pre-fuser or even post-fuser which causes marking and print defects and as we print for the top end in quality this causes me too much grief.
I some times do a DC0828 which resets the speed of the fuser to transport setting. This helps but can cause problems with other sizes.
So far none of the techs have been able to give a permanent solution and I hate having to call them out to solve this sort of problem.

I would just keep putting calls out until fixed its clearly not right. Plus the fact its all Xerox stock too!

    Hi

I was getting image deletions from the sheet hitting the underside of the ram assemble when ruuning 660 sheet. I changed the NVM 18106 from default to 0.7. Also i was getting marks post fuseing this was caused by the raised strips 5mm wide aprox by 80mm long(process direction) on the plate next to the fuser roll which you can see when you open the clam shell. I put teflon tape on the fingers and this resolved the problem. Iaso make sure that the plate under the ram assembly is always clean from fluid residue.

Forgot to mention. You need to be logged in as psp to change the NVM
