How do you manage all your loose stock for your digi presses?

I manage a ton of different stock for the iGen and looking for an accessible (online, mobile devices) that I can manage and track in real time. A spreadsheet or simple database app would work well.

Any suggestions or what do you use?

YOu could try what I do...I have started a simple spreadsheet(not a good one) with all the types and rolling inventories...Its not working well yet. Im the only one who uses it. I printed it out, then take an inventory every so often....

Its a weird dynamic...other folks want me to order paper from our warehouse every little job. that is maddening. 100 sheets at a time...

so I have basically a "HORDE" of paper its getting better....good luck.

 

Yeah. Seems to be the care everywhere... I have my gal's old iPad and I'm really looking for a real-time, online database/spreadsheet or inventory app that I can use ON of OFF line. Thanks for the reply. I'll let you know if I find anything to share.

 

theres software out there. But most of it is seriously overcomplicated. read: expensive.

printstream is one. I hate it. I shudder to think what it costs.

Sounds like youre looking for something a little simpler. not sure.
