HELP! PSIP doesn't boot up...

PSIP doesn't boot up the Press Interface. After the desktop is built, nothing else is running.
Any way to manually boot the software to connect to the iGen?
 
Go to the start Arrow and click Fully Reinitialize PSIP. Only thing I know of.
