Had HD failure, not stuck on Splash screen post install

    Had HD failure, now stuck on Splash screen post install

    Had the iGen4 Press interface hard drive fail. Bought a new one and all software reloaded. Seemimgly fine. Now I'm just at the splash screen where you wait for the PSIP Log in window to appear. This is where it stays stuck. Not sure what to do. Or what I could have done differently.

    solved. My partner helping me did not install the network cable in the correct location. I didn't even think to check it.

    I had this too. EXACTLY the same way.

    happened when I was on vacation. Guy covering for me, i had only gone over simple things. Im sitting on a boat with a beer in the middle of the ozarks, he texts me, asks how to log on. 20 minutes later I get a screenshot. no logon window. I reply. "go home, have a nice weekend" LOL.

    hard drive failed. :)
