    Igen 4.

There was NEVER a jam there, it was sitting idle.... Now, error is there, and will not clear. I've cleaned every sensor (i can see)

    am I missing something?

Is the sensor aligned with its reflector?
Is there a transport belt covering it? (Had that happen once)
Try pushing the sensor with your finger to move it and see if it clears.

    Otherwise, I'd replace the sensor.
