having issues when i am running in black only mode and running heavy solid books on 100# gloss text. My fuser roller is building up with toner and so is the external heat rollers. Almost impossible to get build up off of the fuser roller.

If your Fuser Web is turning fast enough and there is no damage to fuser fabric or any low spots on web cartridge contact roll. You may not have the correct contact between web and External roll #1. Will most likely have to perform a Fuser Web Contact Arc "ADJ 10.18".

I usually get this on uncoated stock, but I know the tech's can speed up the web to clean excess toner,
