Hi. I am having an issue with fuser abrasion it appears as a series of parallel lines along the fuser length.
Its a 59K77710 Low Contamination fuser and its run with RDS OFF (less gloss differential and more life from the fuser roll in this mode).
Oil is 008R13095 suitable for lamination.
I rotate the fusers, running from new only running Coated Stock to old which I run for offsets and uncoated.
I also run EXP size but this is a separate fuser.
Ran anDC0828 about three weeks ago when I first used his fuser and all was correct.
I have seen this on several fusers over the last few months and wondered if the properties had been changed?:

ive seen this, the lead edge of the sheet causes this as it enters the fuser. heavier stocks will cause this more often. doesnt happen a lot to me but every so often this happens. just replace with new fuser.

    HI Mark
Gearbox on the way out and has since being replaced no problems now.
Note to self -always to keep the drive cogs clean and well greased, the grime compacts between the gears teeth and forces them not to mesh in sync.
I have now got the special grease!
Fuser roll now consigned to print junk offset only.
    Thanks for your input.
