Covers Are Coming Out With Lines Going Downwards. Fuser Has Been Replaced Regulary But Due To This The Fuser Rolls Are Being Nipped Slightly And Causing These Lines On The Covers. Not Sure Whether It's The Wick Or The Blade Beneath But All I Know Is It's Taking Toner With It Too So The Covers Have Lines, And Lines With Toner Missing.

These Lines Are Faint On The Fuser But Show Up Well On The Finished Product It's Almost As If You Ran A Fork Downwards On A Fuser Roll...Lightly Of Course

    Any Ideas Many Thanks

Maybe the timing from one transport to another. Either from the transfer transport to the next transport or the fuser entrance transport to the exit transport. The mis-timing may causing a slight buckle and cause the stock to bend upward, moving against the P.R. belt gate(?) (not sure of the name, it doesn't allow the paper if stuck to the belt to go up). Or it could be moving against the fuser frame if buckling there.

    Fuser roll

Are you getting strips of toner sticking to the fuser roll itself? Ive gone through 5 fusers in the last three weeks from this. I did a full contact arc but it has reoccured since.
