is there a spot I can add "file name" to the margins of a pdf, at the front end-at queue level?

I do a weekly project that amounts to 25 different sets, and only about 50 sheets of paper. They go directly to customer service for proofing. would be nice to just hand them the pile, not have to separate and mark. :)

i suppose it can be done when creating the pdf too? I do the programming for it as well.

    yes. I am lazy.

cant you just active the banner page and offset between jobs?

The pdf's name would appear on the banner page of each job.

yes!!! i was just testing you guys.... :)

    JK thanks!!!!

hadnt thought of that...never used banner pages.... I do offset... I just dont know which file is which. unless I check with front end, and mark them. Just being lazy...

QUick Question: will it try to pull 8.5x11? or will it use the media from the queue? or is that something I have to set somewhere?

In your queue you select the stock size so it matches the stock you want to print on.
Else you gotta select stock on each job, then it will print banner page on the same.

Example: I usually print on SRA3, so my default print queue has the stock size defined(not locked) in the print queue.
