Newbie here... 1st post. Feel free to give me the classic johnboy and billy moooo!
Like to say first of all it's a nice forum-- have been reading a lot since finding it, offset as well as digital (as I have 16 yrs on Komori).

Currently I'm on Igen4 w/ Fiery front end (CWS5), and curious if there is anybody here who knows how to alter screen angles? I've had several designs I come across where a "line" in the design was running with a particular screen angle of that color causing a rastered effect.
Also, my default cyan screen angle is on 90 degrees.... That's effecting
my reverse copy in blue/green screen builds causing almost an outline around within vertical and horizontal fonts.
I have found that unchecking "text enhance" will help appearance some, the angle remains the same...
    Thanks ---Runarack

You cannot change the screen angle. You can only change whether it's dot, line or stochastic depending on the screen

    Thanks Mark,
Is this effective for these types of issues I am having? I could see where changing cyan to stochastic would help smooth "outlines in fonts pattern"
Is this done using the "halftone simulation" in Fiery? I have monkeyed around with this feature a few times only make matters worst....
