Fiery down

    No operating system message :p:p:p this igen has been a nightmare with copy quality issues for 2 months...finaly sorted out that issue and now the fiery is DOA!!!!!

    Just out of curiosity..how long does it take for you to get a software guy(not the regular technician!) to look at the problem?

    version ####(tech messed up his typing LOL)...need to get into utilities to find out!...WE ARE UP and running,Xerox came in and physicasly took apart the box and and started from step one for an install. They found a connection was jiggly/loose and 1 bad/corrupt hardrive!! ...Up and running,we are lucky and have a good team of xerox techs!!
