Im failing my Color maint on an Igen4 every time. And my colors are off. I did just change the Belt and cleaning blade. it did pass 951, but I get a fault xpe-06-3137 when I try to do anything in Color Maint.

Also, I just opened it up to clean the MOB and ETAC sensors. The machine was FULL of Magenta... Everywhere.

May need to do a magenta developer replacemenmt. Make sure you clean all the magenta toner. Make sure the ros window doesn't have toner on it and check the donor rolls on the magenta developer housing.

Thanks Milo. I was hoping that there was something that I could do, but I will get a tech in here to help me. Thanks for the reply!

guessing the donor rolls need a cleaning in the magenta station
Try running out 100 sheets of anything before doing the color check
