fail to detack(ouch)

seen this a MILLION times on the Docutechs.

never on Igen.

had a jam. pretty bad, duplex every spot. I cleared it(or so I thought)

came back with pinscorotron errors. cleaned them... seemed to be ok, then...

the dreaded 09-1100, the printer fault of death!

opened to look at all the sensors...etc.

and see THIS-THICK layer of toner on the belt, 2 sheets jammed in the cleeaner, and one in the picker fingers.

wish me luck...its fighting me right now

 

HEY! got it running, but I dont wish this upon anyone! the job i have to do must be done by 5pm. so yay.

new belt...

just wont pass 951. BUT, it WILL run.

fails at "etacs specular calibration"

think the error codes are 09-3167 and 3168.

first few sheets out had some nasty streakage. So im guessing residual toner somewhere?

no emergency now. But any thoughts appreciated.

im thinking after running awhile, it might pass. who knows.

Does the cleaner rotate?

 

cleaners working fine...NOW. Doesn't work well when its jammed with 2 sheets of paper.

that's why the belt was like that.
