We just got up and running after the carrier issues and the software team came in
and upgraded us to the latest and greatest software (I dont know what flavor)....Now the image to paper registration for the Magenta is way out of whack...The Tech can not get it fixed and the **** tards in NY are saying the condition does not exist...Its one thing to tell me I am blind and seeing things but to tell the tech he is seeing things as well is just wrong!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    DFE software or PSIP software?
We have the latest Freeflow software. Not great, but better than past versions.

I've seen it where magenta gets pushed out of alignment, I think it happens when the ROS gets pushed inboard. Not sure if that's what you're referring to.

DFE is the one with FreeFlow (or Creo/Fiery). Upgrading the DFE won't cause your machine problems.

Just work with your technicians on these issues one at a time. Try not to get stressed out about it! Stress can cloud our judgment.

    Lol
The techs are pretty damn good and
will figure it out! A sample was mailed
to NY, so they should have it sorted on Mondayl On the plus side we can now program
and run heavy weight covers :)

Uh oh. My turn for an upgrade. They gave a pretty weak excuse for why they need to upgrade, so I'm a bit skeptical. Did your issue get resolved swifty?
