Anyone know what the difference is? MSDS lists both part numbers on the same sheet. One works for us and one doesnt (trying to edge pad carbonless sheets)

    Thanks!

AFAIK, Fuser Oil 2 has 1-2% more silicone or something in it. Fuser Oil 2 is supposed to extend the life of the Fuser Roll.
Also, in order to switch from 2 to 1, the Reservoir needs to be swapped out and the system needs to be drained and cleaned. This requires a service call and I was told that they will only do it once.

I have been told that the Fuser Fluid II was developed to overcome UV coating issues that Xerox was having with the Fuser Fluid I.

This subject came up awhile back. I have no idea what the composition differences are but if you use UV, Aquas coating or laminating and use Fuser Fluid II you may have problems with it adhering and bubbling. We tried at one place I worked and had to go back to Fluid I.
