cycle of convergence time out igen4

    has anybody else been having a problem with the xpe-09-1100 error? this has been happening randomly sometimes it will work after 3 or 4 cycles. I can get it to work again if i run a few sheets in the job exerciser seems to give the machine more time to set up? hak assembly was replaced clean up brushes replaced

    09-1100 covers a multitude of sins so you will have to be more specific. There should be codes in Admin that point to the failure (last 100, Last 200 etc). You can also pinpoint the failure by running DC951 and taking note of which process failed and then looking at the codes again in Admin

    the dc951 completes no problem try to run a trc lin it may fault at that point however its random sometimes it will pass the error code only show xpe-09-1100 /xpi-03-3521 under last 200 errors .

    i HATE that error. literally no procedure to fix. Ive always just rebooted.

    there's a funny fake procedure here, that says: "buy new igen" on this particular error :)

    do a search it will pop up I bet. its in the "wiki of faults" thread.
