Creo Spire - another surprise... Who knows why is he doing it?

    It's "blowing my mind"... What i do with him?

    I was changed all discs on server. Because all the discs are damaged. On new discs i was install Creo Spire Server. In the beginning - he has published several perfect prints. And from then it started ... No errors server does not issue. But all that went out the prints on a pink background. What I would not print. Printing from diagnostics - all right from the server DocuColor iGen3. I was swaps the boards, the control wires. No results. Tried to reinstall all the software again. And nothing. Who knows - WHAT IS IT?

    How are you re-installing software? is the xerox technician doing it?

    Did reset - I am. I do not nizhener service of Xerox, but believe me - once installed it worked with great quality enough. And I do not reset the first time. All the official manuals and disks from Xerox and with an understanding of what I do.
