    not emergency questions, just curiosities.....

first one, I notice it with quite often only at certain percentages, and havent isolated a color. it "just does that" any ideas? Not sure why, but it comes and goes, and isnt always noticeable.

    2nd:

ill title this one "watch your a$$!" got a couple communication errors with magenta xpe-03-xxxx. restarted, then had a stacker FULL of these. check your prints after an "03" error.

not sure the two are related but they were happening simultaneously.

Dang. No idea how to solve this, but I save all of my weird imaging mishap samples, and that second image would be a jewel for my collection.

Do you remember what the 03 error was, or what area of the press was reporting it?

the error I got with the crazy magenta is long gone.... BUT. it DID IT AGAIN a few days ago only black. xpe-03-4016. "CRM communication loss" on black. and had the same sort of bizarre look to it, just black.

its like Igen loses the ability to differentiate between multiple percentages of the same color, and jams them into one big blob where they meet :)

Swifty, happens in more than one queue. Why do you ask, is there a setting that could be the culprit?

Did you ever figure out what was causing it? I have similar issues that need to be resolved.

which one? LOL! Just got back, and Im still on Caribbean cheap Mexican beer time. :)

I THINK it still has the streak. I cleaned and replaced a few things...but last I remember I just offset and 180'd the print to get color away from the spot. Classified Technical stuff....you know? get that s**t done so I can get to vaca! LOL.

Is it on the trail edge? You might have trail edge flip. If it is on the trail edge, how far is it from the edge of the paper?

I assume its running process direction? If so have you tried cleaning the array just above the cleaning corotron?
